If you have purchased digital services, subscription plans, or marketing packages from OptixFusion and are not fully satisfied with the results or deliverables, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund if requested within 30 days from the original purchase date.
Refunds of Digital or Subscription-Based Services
To be eligible for a refund on any digital marketing services or subscription-based goods, the following steps must be taken:
- The refund request must be made in writing by contacting hello@optixfusion.com.
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date.
- The request should include the reason for dissatisfaction and relevant details about the project or service.
Once your request is received, our team will review the details and respond within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be approved or denied based on the service completion status and the nature of the digital work delivered.
Refunds of Hard Goods (If Applicable)
If any physical or promotional materials were provided (such as printed designs, merchandise, or marketing kits), they must meet the following conditions for a refund or return:
- Refund must be requested by contacting hello@optixfusion.com.
- The request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item(s) must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition as determined by OptixFusion’s reasonable discretion.
- Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back.
Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Certain services and products are non-refundable once delivered or activated. These include:
- SEO setup fees and campaign management already executed
- Digital ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms
- Customized strategy or consulting sessions
- Completed website design or branding projects
